Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
A measuring spoon is about 8cc of rice used at home.
Add all the sauce and mix it well

3 spoons of thick soy sauce (24g)
2 spoons of mirin (16g)
2 spoons of brewed vinegar (16g)
1 spoon of oyster sauce (10-12g)
1.5 spoons of sugar (15g)
1/3 spoon of chili powder (2-3g)
3 spoons of water (24g)
Half a spoonful of ketchup (6-7g)

STEP 2/8
Pour the oil and bake the dumplings.
As you all know, if you fry frozen dumplings over high heat, the blood will burn first~
Make sure to fry it slowly over medium heat
STEP 3/8
Cut paprika and onions into 1cm by 0.5cm pieces of carrots
STEP 4/8
Pour the remaining oil from the fried dumplings into a 3-4 spoon frying pan, add 1 tablespoon (20g) of garlic, and slowly fry the garlic over low heat until golden brown.
STEP 5/8
When the garlic is golden brown, add paprika, onion, and carrot, stir-fry it over high heat until the onion becomes transparent, then pour the sauce and stir-fry it over high heat.
STEP 6/8
When the sauce is dry and thick, pour in the dumplings. If you put in dumplings when there's too much moisture, the dumpling skin absorbs all the moisture and it becomes very soggy!
STEP 7/8
Mix it well and stir-fry it for 10 to 20 seconds!!

The seasoning is good, so the kids are clapping their thumbs!!!
