STEP 1/7
Cut the bumpy part of the cucumber with a knife
You can peel all of it with a potato knife, but the texture is not good, so I just did it like this!

Cut cucumbers into half-moon slices or round ones

Add 1T of salt and marinate for 10 minutes

Rinse pickled cucumbers in water for 10 minutes and drain thoroughly

Mix red pepper powder 2T, red pepper paste 1T, soy sauce 2T, oligosaccharide 2T, vinegar 3T, minced garlic 0.5T, fish sauce 1T, perilla oil 1T, salt 1T, sesame seeds to make the sauce

Add pickled cucumbers, onions and green onions and mix
STEP 7/7
Place in a side dish container and serve in a bowl every time you eat!
I don't care about the type of cucumber, but I think it goes well with seasoned cucumber Personally! I think it's because Dadagioi is mainly used for pickles or beef! As always, try making delicious side dishes with the sauce that suits your taste
