Making crispy and chewy Oreo cookies (+video)ïHyosum
I'm into crispy and chewy cookies these days! So I was thinking about what kind of cookies to make first, and I happened to have Oreo at home, so I made Oreo cookies!! Oreo is added with a sweet scent, and Oreo, which is more crispy than cookies, is chewed in the middle, so the texture and taste are really good!! *12 pieces.

  • unsalted butter

  • white sugar
    70g
  • brown sugar
    70g
  • egg
    1ea
  • Salt
    2g
  • Vanilla Extrack
    1ts
  • Gravity powder
    190g
  • baking soda

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Gently beat butter, then add white and brown sugar and mix well.
STEP 2/8
Add eggs, salt and vanilla extract and mix until butter is white.
STEP 3/8
Sift down the gravitational pull and baking soda. Then mix until the powder is slightly visible.
STEP 4/8
Crush 8 Oreos not too small or too big and mix well.
STEP 5/8
Cover with plastic wrap and rest in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
STEP 6/8
When the tissue is finished, divide the dough by 45g and make it round.
STEP 7/8
Crush the Oreos into large pieces (or cut them with a knife) and place them on top, pressing firmly so that they do not fall off.
STEP 8/8
Bake for 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 170.

    It's my favorite snack But I don't know if the temperature isn't right, but when I turned it to 340F, the bottom was burnt When I turned it to 355F, it was undercooked, so I increased the baking time, and it spread and hardened I think it's because I have to adjust to the new oven and bake it right away I'm going to give it to you as a gift, but I'm upset that it got hard because of my skillscrying But I'm just going to give it to you But just this time, it's my favorite recipe all the time :) I strongly recommend it
