Making mulberry jam / mulberry sandwich / canape
You can't eat mulberry because it's too sweet if you add too much sugar like other fruits. You have to check the sugar content by adding a little bit.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Rinse only once or twice under running water. The weight of the frozen audi was washed and drained by a sieve. Don't squeeze it. Just leave it to drain the tap water. If you do it right after washing up, it takes a long time because there's a lot of moisture.

It has a higher sugar content than other fruits, so you shouldn't put too much sugar like other fruit jam. Add about 4 tablespoons and check every 10 minutes. Squeeze half a lemon and grind it with a blender.
It splatters a lot as it cooks, so cover the non-stick pan, check the sugar every 10 minutes, add a little bit of sugar, stir, and cover again.

When you think you just need to add sugar one more time, add honey and stir to finish.

If you put jam apple pomegranate on top of the snack, it's delicious and the shape is pretty. If it's sweet, cover it with a snack or put cheese on it.

Spread mulberry jam on the bread, put cheese on it, and cover it with bread. It's delicious just by itself. If it's bread that's been refrigerated, it's delicious even if it's lightly salted and coated with eggs, covered with cooking oil.
Odie is sweeter than I thought. Be sure to add a little sugar at first and check it from time to time. Be careful not to burn when the moisture is almost gone.
