STEP 1/16
Please prepare brown rice paper.
You can use regular rice paper
STEP 2/16
Cut gimbap seaweed into bite-size pieces with scissors.
The size decreases as it is baked, so please cut it a little big.
STEP 3/16
Are you all ready?
STEP 4/16
Please cut the rice paper in half this time.
The size of the gimbap laver should be smaller than the size of the rice paper cut in half.
STEP 5/16
Place seaweed on a microwave-only plate.
There are smooth sides and rough sides, so please let the smooth side face up.
STEP 6/16
Add rice paper to lukewarm water.
STEP 7/16
If it's mushy, shake off the water.
STEP 8/16
Cover it with gimbap seaweed.
STEP 9/16
Sprinkle sesame seeds while it is wet.
STEP 10/16
Another method is to sprinkle sesame seeds before covering it with rice paper and then cover it with rice paper.
If you do this, it's so good that the sesame doesn't fall off when you eat it later.
STEP 11/16
The sesame covered the rice paper blanket
STEP 12/16
Microwave and heat for 2 minutes.
When you first turn it around, it's not hot, so 3 minutes! From the second one, 2 minutes! Turn it around.
STEP 13/16
It's crispy even if you microwave it for 2 minutes.
STEP 14/16
Heat in air fryer for 2 minutes at 180 degrees to make it crispier.
STEP 15/16
The seaweed is so light that you have to cover it
If you don't, you won't be able to beat the wind and the paper foil will stick to the pan on top and burn.
STEP 16/16
Light and crispy rice paper, dried laver, and done
If you don't have an air fryer cover, or if you don't have an air fryer, it will be crispy even if you microwave it for 2 minutes + 2 minutes. I only microwave it and eat it~ You can fold the rice paper on the side up.
But it takes more time to dry if there are a lot of things that can be folded up. If it's not crispy, microwave it for 1 minute and heat it up!
For your information, if the size of seaweed is large or if you put a lot of seaweed in the microwave and turn it around, the time will increase.
I only put in three small pieces and turned it around
For a meal^^
