Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
For the braised soy sauce

Yangji meat is good for fat and soft meat

It's not a soup dish, so it doesn't have to be Korean beef, so buy cheap Australian refrigerated beef

Soak the whole chicken in cold water
Drain the blood for 30 minutes and strain it through a sieve.

Put 3 bay leaves and 1/4 seeded apples
