STEP 1/14
Rinse the lemon thoroughly with a thick salt and juice it.
(You can use lemon juice from the supermarket.)
It acts as a preservative to improve the color and keep it for a long time.
STEP 2/14
Rinse unpeeled strawberries with salt or vinegar in water for a short period of time, then rinse them 2-3 more times in running water with a sieve.
(If you soak it in water for a long time, it can be easily softened and the sweetness or aroma may disappear.)
1kg for a box of strawberries! But I actually used 700g because some of them are moldy.
STEP 3/14
If you remove it with a knife, water may enter the cross section and the sweetness may fade, so remove the tip with your hands.
STEP 4/14
Removing the tip by hand is faster than removing it with a knife.
STEP 5/14
If you use a blender, you have to wash the dishes, so just squeeze the strawberries with your hands!
It relieves stress and is fun.
(I'm going to put it in the microwave, so please put it in the microwave-only container from the beginning without any inconvenience. For your information, please use a container that is 2-3 times larger than the amount of strawberries.)
STEP 6/14
Add a cup and a half of sugar, please.
(If it's a bad strawberry, add more sugar.)
STEP 7/14
Make sure the strawberries and sugar mix well.
STEP 8/14
Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, please.
If you add too much, it will ruin the delicious strawberry flavor, so add a little bit.
STEP 9/14
Add lemon juice and mix well.
STEP 10/14
Microwave for 10 minutes + 10 minutes + 10 minutes.
Check the concentration in the middle and if it's too watery, increase it by 5 minutes.
(If you make it from 200g to 300g of strawberries, it will be done in 10 minutes!)
STEP 11/14
Do you see the swelling? Please prepare the container in a size that is twice as large!
STEP 12/14
Making strawberry jam in the microwave is complete
STEP 13/14
Even if I don't keep stirring it, it became this delicious strawberry jam.
STEP 14/14
It's delicious if you spread it on deliciously baked bread!! Yum yum. Yum yum yum
It's a waste if you make it with good strawberries, so make it with a slightly soft and cheap strawberry~~
If the mold is in bloom, there is a high possibility that the fungus is spread to the inside, so please throw it away boldly!
