Spicy red pepper paste tuna tofu stew

Cooking Steps

Please prepare the ingredients first.
Prepare 1-2 cans of tuna depending on the number of people and preference.

Please remove the oil from the tuna.

Cut potatoes, onions, and tofu into cubes, and chop Cheongyang red pepper and green onion diagonally.

Put about half of the water (less if there are fewer people) in a pot and boil it with 2 to 3 tablespoons of red pepper paste (2 tablespoons if the house's red pepper paste is hot), 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic.

Add potatoes, onions, tuna, and 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder and simmer until potatoes are cooked.
STEP 6/8
Add tofu, green onions, and cheongyang red pepper and season with salt little by little.
