Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Lacquer bread is usually sold frozen.
Don't defrost it, just steam it for 20 minutes.
Flower bread tastes good when steamed in a steaming steamer.^^*
STEP 2/10
Stir-fry oyster mushroom in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil
While you're cooling it down on a plate...
All the ingredients can be stir-fried without any seasoning.
STEP 3/10
Add 1/2 tablespoon of oil to the mushroom pan
Cut the chives into 5cm long pieces
Stir-fry for a minute or so and remove.
Use leek leaves later.Don't throw it away.
You have to rip it off the plate and cool it down.
If you keep stacking hot ingredients, you will get water and the color will turn yellow, so you will put them.
STEP 4/10
Cut the chicken tenderloin
The cocktail shrimp was slicedgo
Put half a tablespoon of cooking oil back into the pan
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and stir-fry it. If it smells like garlic
Add chicken and shrimp, cook and place in bowl
STEP 5/10
Stir-fry the boiled glass noodles in oil...Season with 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
STEP 6/10
Now you put all the ingredients in the frying pan
One tablespoon of sugar..One tablespoon of oyster sauce..Two tablespoons...
Mix the seasoning evenly without turning on the heat.
Add chives and stir-fry them on high heat for 5 seconds
Turn off the light.
The leaves of chives ripen with residual chives..
STEP 7/10
Place the japchae in the center and put the flower bread in the virtual place.
The mussel you see in the picture had two or three leftovers from yesterday
I pretended to be frugal because I thought I would throw it away if I didn't eat it. ^^
STEP 8/10
Spread the bread by hand and cut it into appropriate sizes
Put the japchae on one end of the bread...
STEP 9/10
Cover it with the rest of the bread...
STEP 10/10
Eat it with your hands...Eat it with chopsticks...
There are some people who don't know how to eat it, so how to eat it...
Someone ate flower buns and japchae...
Someone put a lot of chopsticks on a big flower bun
Let's take a bite...
Feel free to eat whatever you want.
