Add sugar three times and make a firm meringue

Strain almond powder, sugar powder and cocoa powder into meringue and mix

Put it in a piping bag and squeeze it into a dacquoise mold

Sprinkle sugar powder in two

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
STEP 6/7
Add whipped cream to chocolate and mix in medium heat or in microwave

Squeeze the filling into the baked dacquoise
