STEP 1/7
Peel the radishes and shred them into thin slices. It's convenient to use a chopping knife, but it's too thin and the texture isn't that good. So I cut it myself with the esophagus
STEP 2/7
I cut the green onions into small pieces. On the show, Sumi teacher told me to cut it long, but if the green onions stand out, the kids don't like it, so I cut it into small pieces
STEP 3/7
Put the radish in a preheated pan over medium heat and dry it for a while. Teacher Kim Sumi always gives me a wet nap when I make vegetables. If you do this, it definitely helps with the fresh smell and adds a savory taste
STEP 4/7
When the radish is a little out of breath, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/3 tablespoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of brewed soy sauce and stir-fry more. FYI, I put perilla oil instead of sesame oil because I have perilla oil at home.
STEP 5/7
I put in the salt because it has pink salt, but it's delicious even if you put it in the vegetables. ^^ Sweetly stir-fry it!!
STEP 6/7
If you want to stir-fry dried radish greens, add 100cc of water, cover it, and wait for a while. If you put the lid on and cook it like this, it becomes more watery, so it becomes softer and the cooking time is faster
STEP 7/7
When the radish greens are cooked gently, add green onions and mix them well. Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds and stir-fry radish greens with Sumine side dishes is completed. When green onion is added, it becomes fragrant. The savory perilla oil, the texture of the soft radish, and the scent of the fragrant green onion are added to create a very harmonious side dish
