One pan cream pasta, prosciutto parma ham dish
I referred to the French chef's recipe for this recipe. It's a chef's recipe, but it's not hard at all, so if you know how to boil the noodles well, you'll win everything!

Ingredients
  • Bacon
    80g
  • Parmesan cheese
    60g
  • If it's pasta
    250g
  • Whipping cream
    200ml
  • Butter
    60g
  • nutmeg

  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Mix black pepper and nutmeg in cooking cream. Because prosciutto itself has a salty taste, omit the salt or add only a small amount.
STEP 2/6
Boil the water in a pot, and when the water boils, a pinch of salt.
Add the noodles and boil the noodles with al dente as written in the bag. Strain the cooked noodles through a sieve.
STEP 3/6
Prepare the noodles at the same time while boiling them.
Dissolve 60g of salt-free butter over low heat and mix with prosciutto cut into bite-size pieces. If butter and parmaham are well blended, now turn off the heat and leave it at that state.
STEP 4/6
Turn the heat back on low. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and mix evenly.
STEP 5/6
Add all the cream. Be careful to mix butter and cream well.
STEP 6/6
Lastly, you can mix it with Parmesan cheese.
The combination of thick cream and salty prosciutto/bacon is a really good recipe!
