Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
After washing and removing the water, cut the green garlic into 4-5cm long pieces. The weight of the cut is 750g~ (Use from most of the white to before the green leaves.)
STEP 2/8
Prepare 15 cheongyang peppers by cutting them into 2~3cm long pieces.
STEP 3/8
Put 1 cup of pepper seeds and 5 pyeonsen ginger (25g) in a stock pack and prepare it.
STEP 4/8
Please make pickles. Put 2 cups of water, 2 cups of soy sauce, 2 cups of vinegar, and the stock pack you made in front of it and boil it. When it boils, turn down to low heat and turn off the heat after 10 minutes.

Once you have made the pickles, take out the stock pack and cool it down.

Mix 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of plum syrup, and 1 cup of soju in a cold pickle.

Put the trimmed green garlic in an airtight container and put the cheongyang pepper in between.

Pour the pickles into the vegetables. Press it with a heavy one because the green garlic won't soften if you keep it submerged in pickled water.
You can eat it in two days and it will be the most delicious in a week^^ It's really good
