Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Add pepper, soju, and bay leaf to the pork skin and boil it in boiling water for about 20 minutes.

Wash the boiled pork skin once and remove the remaining fat.

Cut the trimmed pig skin into squares.

Prepare the salt.
STEP 5/9
Fold the air fryer foil into a box.

Place pork skin in foil facing up.
STEP 7/9
Place salt on top of pork skin.
STEP 8/9
Cook the air fryer at 180-200 degrees for 15 minutes.
STEP 9/9
Scoop out the salt and bake for another 5 minutes.
