STEP 1/19
To make seaweed soup with chewy bird's heart
I'll tell you the ingredients you need first!
STEP 2/19
It's my first time making seaweed soup!!!LOL
First, put 20g of dried seaweed in a mixing bowl.
STEP 3/19
Put cold water in here enough to soak the seaweed.
STEP 4/19
And soak the seaweed for about 30 minutes.
The seaweed that looked small became plentiful in an instant ^_^
STEP 5/19
Wash the well-soaked seaweed in cold water,
Squeeze the water with your hands.
STEP 6/19
Cut the seaweed into bite-size pieces about 3cm.
You can cut it smaller depending on your preference!
STEP 7/19
Put 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in the pot
Turn the gas on low, please.
STEP 8/19
I'll cut it into pieces that are easy to eat
Add all the seaweed and stir-fry it slightly.
STEP 9/19
If you stir-fry the seaweed a little bit
Add 1000ml of water and turn on the gas stove.
STEP 10/19
Boil it gently.
You all know that seaweed soup tastes better the more you boil it, right? ^^
STEP 11/19
Turn the gas down to medium heat,
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
STEP 12/19
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and mix well.
and continue to boil it.
I love the sound of making soup~~~
STEP 13/19
Add all 400g of the new lead of glutinous rice.
Until the core of a bird's egg is fully cooked
Boil it enough.
STEP 14/19
If you boil it for about 10 minutes, the core of a bird's egg will cook quickly!
STEP 15/19
When you think of a bird's heart
Add a little salt and season it.
STEP 16/19
Boil it a little bit and it's done!
Making seaweed soup isn't as hard as you think~~
STEP 17/19
White rice is perfect for seaweed soup
And cabbage kimchi that can't be left out *^^*
We prepared a proper table.
STEP 18/19
A close-up shot of Saealsim seaweed soup!
It's full of round bird's heart
Even if I eat a bowl of this without rice
It looks like you're going to be full ^^
STEP 19/19
It's my first time making seaweed soup,
I'm proud that it's cooked deliciously!
Eating it with white rice
I felt so reassuredLOL
The soup tastes very clean and delicious
And it's savory thanks to sesame oil!!
Seaweed soup, white rice, and cabbage kimchi
It's a fantastic combination ^_^
