STEP 1/12
First, chop the green onions and onions and prepare them.

I cut the red pepper diagonally and put it on top.

Pour the braised tofu sauce evenly over the ingredients.

Add 2T of perilla oil and simmer over high heat.

When it starts to simmer, reduce the heat to medium and bring to a boil, tossing the sauce over the ingredients.

Season the broth to a certain extent and season with salt and pepper.
Even without salt, it was just right for me.
