Healthy Diet Food Chicken Breast Pretata No Oven
My middle school daughter said she was on a diet, so I started making healthy diet foods with lots of vegetables. As I got older, I needed to go on a diet. So I'm cooking a variety of chicken breast dishes and dishes for my daughter who can't eat white milk, and Pretata is soft to eat in the morning, so it's great for a meal.

Cooking Steps
