Making tuna vegetable porridge :: Making porridge for a sick gro
This is the recipe for tuna vegetable porridge that I cooked for the first time on the weekend because the groom had an upset stomach! If you don't like it, just stir-fry the raw rice and add the water and the chopped vegetables. I wanted to stir-fry vegetables and rice, so I did this. Lol don't worry...! It's getting worse :)

If you don't stir it, the rice can stick to the bottom of the pot and burn. Keep stirring. As I stir it a little, the rice is cooked quickly, and the water is gradually decreasing, so it looks like porridge. Doesn't it look like porridge? lol

For your information, I boiled it without salt. It's not porridge for taste, but porridge for the hungry groom, so I didn't add salt to reduce the irritation as much as possible If you want to add salt, turn off the heat and stir it. If you add salt and boil it for a long time, the rice will be crushed and become a real rice ball!
