STEP 1/15
First, put the rice in a mixing bowl and wash it cleanly. Soak the washed rice for more than 30 minutes. I let it soak for 30-40 minutes :)
STEP 2/15
The ingredients you need, a can of tuna, zucchini, and carrots are only 1/5 each. And I put in all the pine mushrooms.
STEP 3/15
Chop it into small pieces. At first, it was so finely chopped that it was like a baby rice, but I thought I needed a little texture, so I chopped it into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 4/15
- Turn the gas on. - Sesame oil! I think the important thing is sesame oil. It's savory with sesame oil, not regular oil! When the pot is heated, stir-fry all the vegetables.
STEP 5/15
Stir-fry it hard. You can put rice only when it's cooked
STEP 6/15
The color changed a bit, right? It's all cooked. Now you can put in the rice.
STEP 7/15
You can drain the water from the soaked rice and stir-fry it in a pot
STEP 8/15
Can raw rice be porridge? When I watched YouTube, there were many recipes for making porridge with a lot of water in white rice, and I tried it a few times with that method, but it was my first time making porridge with raw rice, so I was a little nervous... lol
STEP 9/15
I just stir-fried it. I added another spoon of sesame oil and stir-fried it with rice:)) Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
STEP 10/15
Now, add water! Add enough water even after the rice is soaked in water. If you don't have enough water, you can add more, so you don't have to feel too pressured. But, what is this? Visual death _ What is this? I was surprised, so I showed it to my mom on Kakao Talk, and she said it's because she added rice and water while stir-frying vegetables in advance. If you don't like it, just stir-fry the raw rice and add the water and the chopped vegetables. I wanted to stir-fry vegetables and rice, so I did this. Lol don't worry...! It's getting worse :)
STEP 11/15
If you don't stir it, the rice can stick to the bottom of the pot and burn. Keep stirring. As I stir it a little, the rice is cooked quickly, and the water is gradually decreasing, so it looks like porridge. Doesn't it look like porridge? lol
STEP 12/15
Lower the heat and keep stirring. If you stir it, it becomes like porridge! Like the porridge we know!
STEP 13/15
When the porridge is boiled to a certain extent, add tuna :) If you put it in advance, the tuna will be completely ground!
STEP 14/15
It's not over.LOL Add tuna and stir for another 4-5 minutes. Stirring is all about making porridge
STEP 15/15
For your information, I boiled it without salt. It's not porridge for taste, but porridge for the hungry groom, so I didn't add salt to reduce the irritation as much as possible If you want to add salt, turn off the heat and stir it. If you add salt and boil it for a long time, the rice will be crushed and become a real rice ball!
