STEP 1/12
I start by making egg garnish :) This is the standard for making 4 rolls of kimbap. I think two 2s would be fine, but I like a lot of eggs, so I added three!
STEP 2/12
Mix it gently with chopsticks~~ I also added 1/3 teaspoon of salt and mixed it :)
STEP 3/12
I make gimbap often, so I put a sealed box in the refrigerator. Ham, shredded carrots, and crab meat!
STEP 4/12
Cut the crab meat in half and stir-fry the ham and carrot. I also store burdock and pickled radish in a container, but I keep it like this and take it out only when I need it :)
STEP 5/12
Make the egg garnish thin, over low heat. You have to fry the first so that you can cut it and put it in the kimbap. When it's too hot, it's hard to cut it with a knife, so I make it in advance, cool it down, and then cut it. lol
STEP 6/12
After making the egg garnish, pour a little more oil and stir-fry the carrots and ham as well :)
STEP 7/12
Next, get ready to eat! I'm just going to use the rice at home to make it black rice lol. 1/3 teaspoon of salt, sesame salt, and a drop of sesame oil! And mix it well :)
STEP 8/12
Ingredients for gimbap are ready! It takes some time It's easy to pack. I have cheese at home, so I cut a piece of cheese. :)
STEP 9/12
I'm going to make gimbap now!!! Spread the rice thinly. It's important to spread it out as thin as possible :)
STEP 10/12
And put the egg garnish in the center and put ham, carrot, burdock, and pickled radish on top of the egg garnish
STEP 11/12
And just roll it like this! I don't have seaweed feet, so I always wrap it without seaweed feet. You can just press it hard and wrap it :) You can make gimbap without gimbap.
STEP 12/12
It's complete kimbap!!
