Easy japchae rice recipe that you make in 5 minutes with the rem
Hello, this is Darling Je :) My favorite holiday food is my mom's japchae! I can't eat a lot at once, but it's the best when I eat it once, so I eat it the next day, and I eat it again after a few days I packed a little to eat my mom's japchae again this Chuseok, but I couldn't eat it for a while and I thought I shouldn't be late, so I made it into japchae rice! It's very simple and easy, so even if you live alone or can't cook, you can make it delicious quickly :)

Ingredients
  • Cooking oil
  • leek
  • Japchae
  • instant rice
  • Oyster sauce
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
First, heat the frying pan and put a little bit of cooking oil around it. :) You have to put it in one more time when you put in japchae, so when you make green onion oil, just enough to make green onion oil! You have to put in a little bit!

When oil is heated in a heated pan, add green onions and make green onion oil.

You can stir-fry it gently like this :) 1-2 minutes is enough!

Put the japchae in the refrigerator in a mixing bowl. :)

And cut it with scissors! If you want to make it easier to eat, you can cut it into small pieces, and I cut it 5-6 times

The magic sauce is oyster sauce!! I use Cheongjeongwon Premium Oyster Sauce :) You can use it if you really buy one.

Add one spoonful of oyster sauce per serving. Since we have two servings, two spoons of oyster sauce ~~~ And if you stir-fry it a little more, it's over!! It's japchaebap that you can make easily and quickly, right
