Fried rice recipe made with leftover Yupdduk: Making Yupdduk Fri
Yupdduk is too much to eat at once, and doesn't it usually leave a little even if 3-4 people eat it?So I think I divide the amount of food to eat 3-4 times in advance and make it with fried rice at the last time.

  • stir-fried Rice Cake
  • seaweed flakes
  • Sesame oil
  • sesame salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, cut the remaining tteokbokki with scissors! Cut the rice cake into very small pieces!!! You can cut it like this. If you put it in a frying pan and cut it, it's better to cut it in a glass or tritan container. It's good to cut it into small pieces like this. :)

Preheat the frying pan over high heat. When it is fully preheated, add the cut tteokbokki!
