How to make curry rice that is easy to eat on a side dish-free d
It's been a while since I've had a home cook recipe :) I eat rice every day, but strangely, especially on days when I don't have side dishes to eat, right? In that case, I actually just order delivery food, but it's better than delivery food!!! I'd like to share a curry rice recipe that's good for the body and easy to make. There are many different curry recipes these days, but I made authentic curry rice with vegetables that my mom used to make

  • onion
  • Pork
  • Potato
  • Butter
    little
  • olive oil
    little
  • Salt
    little
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
I made it for two people. I cut a potato, 1/3 carrot, and half an onion into small pieces :) I think you can make it by double the amount I put in for 4 people
STEP 2/13
You can cut it into bite-size pieces first. I don't have it in the picture above, but I bought a separate pack of curry meat, and as soon as I bought a pack of curry meat, I divided it into three servings. It's delicious with chicken breast or spam, so please refer to it :)
STEP 3/13
I'm going to fry the onions first. If you add a spoonful of butter and stir-fry vegetables, it tastes much better and better. You can take a piece off and melt it well. :)
STEP 4/13
Stir-fry onions first. - The longer you stir-fry them, the better it gets caramelized. But I just cooked it moderately. You can cook the white onions until they turn a little yellow.
STEP 5/13
Add potatoes and carrots and stir-fry them together. :)
STEP 6/13
I added a small amount of butter and half a spoonful of olive oil to stir-fry the vegetables.
STEP 7/13
And I added a little bit of salt and pepper. I think it's about 1/2 Tsp.
STEP 8/13
Put it in like this and stir-fry it once, and now you can put in the meat! *You don't have to cook the vegetables thoroughly. We're going to add water and cook it soon, so it's going to be cooked well. So you don't have to try to cook all the vegetables^^
STEP 9/13
There are people who put the meat in first and stir-fry it, but I don't think it really matters. I thought it would be weird to stir-fry butter and pork together, so I put meat at the end because I was putting in the meat after the smell of butter disappeared. But here's my mistake.I'm supposed to defrost the meat in advance.. I can see the frozen meat...: )) That's okay! Anyway, you have to boil curry with water. :)
STEP 10/13
Like this! He poured water into the soup bowl twice. If it's for 4 people, scoop it four times in a soup bowl and put it in. :)
STEP 11/13
Pour some water and boil it enough. When you stir-fry the vegetables, even if the potatoes, carrots, or meat are not cooked enough, you can boil it with water, so you don't have to overdo it. :)
STEP 12/13
The frozen meat that had been lumped is fully cooked
STEP 13/13
Now, I need to add curry powder. I put some water in the curry and made it into a liquid. If you put in the powder, it can be lumped in places, but it's so comfortable and good that it doesn't clump and boil once! If it's hard to stir for a long time, you can put the powder in the water and boil it more easily^^
