Cooking Steps

Cut raw shiitake mushrooms thickly.
In the case of mushrooms, it is recommended to cut them thickly as they decrease in volume while cooking!

Grease a frying pan with cooking oil, heat it over medium heat, and stir-fry it with 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
