STEP 1/8
Soak the chickpeas for about a day and rub them gently to separate the skin
If possible, if you separate the skin, it will be much softer
STEP 2/8
Put 1-2 cups of water in a blender and grind it finely
I used a goblin bat, but it's not so nice
STEP 3/8
Cut well-cooked cabbage kimchi into small pieces and place in a pot
STEP 4/8
Place pork minced meat (frozen) in cut kimchi and add minced garlic/soup soy sauce/pepper powder/sugar/olive oil
STEP 5/8
Stir-fry pork over high heat until fully cooked
STEP 6/8
Pour 2 cups of water into number 5, and when it boils, add ground chickpeas, don't stir, cover the pot, and boil for 5 minutes
STEP 7/8
After 5 minutes, open the lid, mix it well, taste it, and if it's not enough, add it
STEP 8/8
If you mix it for 2 to 3 minutes, it's done if you boil it
Unlike soybean paste stew, it tastes more savory and is more savory
Instead of pork, you can cut the meat into small pieces for stew or pork neck
