Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Remove only the plastic from the crab meat, slice the carrots thickly and fry them with oil. If the edges turn yellow while frying over high heat, add 2g of salt, mix, and turn off the heat. Place a kitchen towel on a plate and cool to remove moisture.

Remove the oil from the tuna, add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a little pepper, and prepare sliced ham one by one by one by one. Wash the perilla leaves clean, remove the top, and drain with a kitchen towel.

Place the rough side of the seaweed on top, place the egg garnish, spread sliced ham, and place cucumber, carrot, and pickled radish on top.

Place 2 perilla leaves on top of the ingredients and add tuna mayo.

Roll the perilla leaves with tuna mayo and put the overlapping parts down, and apply about 2.5g of cream cheese to the edge so that it can stick well.When using sliced cheese, divide 1 sheet into 1/4 pieces so that the cheese is crushed, and if you don't have it, apply water!

Roll the ingredients as far as you can, leave the cheese side down for 5-10 minutes, apply a little bit of sesame oil, and sprinkle with sesame oil. Cut it into bite-size pieces with a knife and you're done.
Like regular kimbap, you can change only the ingredients and apply them in various ways. It's easier to shape than shredding egg garnish, and it's less brittle, so wrap it with a whole sieve
