A measuring spoon is about 8cc of rice used at home.

STEP 2/9
Cut kimchi into 1cm thick slices with moderately cooked kimchi.

Add 2 spoons of cooking oil and heat it over medium heat, stir-fry pork belly like frying. When I get a hidden emergency fund, my mother stir-fry my father like a wild stir-fry, and the pork belly spits out the hidden oil as much as possible to make me.

If you mix all the seasoning except for 2 spoons of red pepper powder in advance, you can pour it in without turning off the heat!

After adding all the ingredients, heat it on high heat and stir-fry it for 1 to 2 minutes until the onions are transparent and add 500cc of water!

If you don't like it, add 1 or 2 spoons of soy sauce and season it~ Soft tofu and mushrooms are going to go in next, so it's a bit salty?? It's seasoned to the point where it feels like that

Add soft tofu and mushrooms and boil them over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, then season them with salted shrimp, soy sauce, and salt to taste
I recommend salted shrimp => Korean soy sauce => Taste salt!

For those who want to put in eggs, if you want it to be fully cooked, put it in 2 minutes before it's done. If you want it to be half-cooked, put it in 1 minute before it's done!
If you're using an earthen pot, turn off the heat and put it in~
After you're done, add 1 or 2 pinch of pepper and add half a spoon of green onion on top
