STEP 1/9
Prepare a pot for one crab to soak in water and boil it for about 20 to 30 minutes
- Before you put in the crab, wash it clean with a toothbrush! The broth made with blue crabs is really delicious!
STEP 2/9
It may overflow from the pot, so please check it out
STEP 3/9
Boil the blue crab for about 20 minutes, and then I'll trim a squid and put it in
STEP 4/9
This is the frozen shrimp I used. I'll use a handful of this
- If you like shrimp a lot, you can add a lot of what you like.^^
STEP 5/9
I'll add a handful of green onions and prepare ramen powder and soft tofu right away.
- I needed plenty of water because it was for 3 bags of ramen If you boil the crab, if the water is too low, you can fill it with water, or if you don't have enough ramen, you can boil it^^ (From here, you can go with the amount of water you prefer.)
STEP 6/9
This is the ramen I used for this hangover ramen, and it's raw noodles (spicy taste) from Pulmuone. I'm going to use all three bags of this powder soup
STEP 7/9
I'll put in 3 bags of soup and a bag of soft tofu
- Soft tofu breaks down too much if you peel the top part and put it in, but rather, if you just cut the middle and put it in big, it breaks down smoothly to the right size as it boils!
STEP 8/9
Soft tofu splashed in. Noodles need to go in now, right? I'll put in the noodles
STEP 9/9
Add the noodles and boil it for 3 more minutes
- The red pepper powder and Honda City that I added to the seasoning is personal taste. I thought it would be less spicy, so I added a spoon of red pepper powder and a spoon of Honda City because I wanted a more savory taste! It's really good without both! Of course, depending on which ramen you use, the taste will vary^^
It can be a bit annoying to spend time cooking blue crabs, but if you use blue crab broth, you can taste the cool soup that's great for hangover!!
