  • Puju, Republic of Korea
    100g
  • Vienna sausage

  • Shrimp.

  • Malatang sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Soak the fuju in water. (It's good to soak in warm water)
STEP 2/5
Soak frozen rice cakes and sausages in water to cool off slightly.
STEP 3/5
Dissolve the mala sauce in water and boil it with all the ingredients.
STEP 4/5
When all the ingredients are cooked, add thin glass noodles and stir.
STEP 5/5
When the glass noodles are cooked, add enoki mushrooms and finish^^
I think mala tteokbokki is much easier than mala and mala xiang guo! If you like mala, make sure to try it ^^
