STEP 1/11
Place paper foil on a tray (you can spread sugar over it instead of foil).) Add 2 spoons of sugar to the ladle and dissolve until clear. (Melt the sugar over low heat as it may burn.)
STEP 2/11
When the sugar melts and becomes transparent, leave the ladle away from the fire for a while,
Add a pinch of baking soda. (about 0.1 teaspoon)
STEP 3/11
(Removed from heat) Mix thoroughly until golden brown.
It's going to swell up little by little. If it does not swell, put it on the heat for a few seconds and mix again.
STEP 4/11
Turn off the heat, spill the dalgona on the paper foil, and cool it for a while.
If you don't want to take a picture, you can harden it and eat it.
STEP 5/11
If you want to take a picture, put baking soda or flour on the presser and gently press down on the cooled dalgona. Then it doesn't stick to the presser and presses neatly.
(I tried it with sugar or sugar powder, but there are times when it melts in the heat and sticks to the press.)
STEP 6/11
Place the shape cutter on top of the flattened dalgona and press it again with a presser.
STEP 7/11
Done! Use a toothpick to break the shape
STEP 8/11
a flash of old memories.
STEP 9/11
It's good to give gifts to people around you.
STEP 10/11
It's good to make dalgona latte without making a shape.
STEP 11/11
I keep it in the refrigerator and eat it when I recharge my sugar.
*Black sugar, brown sugar, and white sugar are all possible.
*Please note that xylose sugar is made by diluting dalgona.
*If you add too little soda, it won't swell.
*The sugar burns quickly, so heat it on the lowest heat!
