STEP 1/13
Wash one rice paper cup and soak it.
(It was only called while cutting vegetables.)
STEP 2/13
Please cut carrots and potatoes in the same size as the rice grains.
STEP 3/13
Wash the potatoes with starch. Otherwise, the potatoes will quickly soften when boiling the porridge.
STEP 4/13
I also cut the white part of the onion and chives.
STEP 5/13
Put 3 spoons of sesame oil in the pot
STEP 6/13
Stir-fry carrots and potatoes first.
STEP 7/13
When the potatoes and carrots are slightly cooked, stir-fry them with onions.
STEP 8/13
Add the rice that was soaked earlier and stir-fry it.
STEP 9/13
Stir-fry rice and vegetables for a while
I added 4 1/2 cups of water and boiled it.
Even if it looks like this much water, the rice may suck in the water and become insufficient later on. It was perfect.
STEP 10/13
A lot of water is gone, and I scooped up rice grains and chewed them, and they were almost cooked.
STEP 11/13
Then chop the green onion and put it in.
STEP 12/13
Mix the chives well and add a bit of salt.
I just season it with sesame salt.
STEP 13/13
Vegetable porridge is done.
If you boil 1 paper cup of rice, it will be enough for 2 people, about 2 correl soup bowls.
Make sure to remove the starch from the potatoes.
