It's not greasy at all and it's chewy. Microwave pork belly and
It tastes good when you grill pork belly on a grill at home, but it's hard to wash the dishes because of the smoke and smell all over the room! So I brought a recipe for bossam with pork belly in the microwave today. It's really simple, but it tastes like bossam. Then the fat goes away and it's a chewy microwave, pork belly and bossam! I'll make it with the video.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Please prepare the ingredients first.
We prepared 500g of pork belly, but you can increase it as much as you can depending on the number of people.
STEP 2/11
Slice the onions roughly.
I'm going to throw it away later anyway, so please chop it however you want.
STEP 3/11
Place onions in a microwave oven heat-resistant container.
The use of onions is to remove the smell of pork belly.
It's good to put onions on the net if there's a microwave net to get rid of the grease in the heat-resistant container, but I didn't have it, so I just put onions on it.
STEP 4/11
Place pork belly on top of onions.
STEP 5/11
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of mirin (or soju or cheongju) evenly over pork belly to catch the smell of pork once more.
STEP 6/11
Close the lid of the heat-resistant container (If you don't have a lid, cover it with a wrap and make a few holes with a toothpick)
STEP 7/11
Microwave for 8-15 minutes.
The amount of meat and the microwave performance are different for each household, so please adjust it according to each household.
When I turned it around for 10 minutes, it was almost cooked, but I turned it for another 2 minutes to confirmation.
STEP 8/11
Make salted shrimp sauce to dip in small bowl while the meat is cooked.
Add salted shrimp-1/2 tablespoons, minced garlic-1/3 tablespoons, sesame oil-1/3 tablespoons, red pepper powder-1/3 tablespoons, sesame seeds-and a little bit and mix well.
STEP 9/11
Cut the cooked pork belly bossam into bite-sized pieces.
The fat is gone and the pork belly bossam is complete.
STEP 10/11
If you dip it in salted shrimp sauce (or ssamjang), it tastes amazing.
