How to make Jongwon Baek crab stew
It's a way to make crab soup that I brought to my in-laws' house after making a generous amount. It's savory, and it tastes better and lighter because it's full of crab meat, and the soup is spicy and cool, so the spoon keeps popping because it's been a long time since I cooked it with my in-laws and ate it deliciously. Thank you for giving me thumbs up to my aunt who likes seafood and even Shijo-ka... Anyway, the soybean paste was also dissolved and the savory taste was excellent.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
Add water, anchovies, and horse, which are the ingredients for the broth, and boil it over high heat, and when it starts to boil, reduce it to medium heat and boil it for about 10 minutes. The way to boil Jongwon Baek crab soup is to add radish to serve broth, but I added radish later.
STEP 2/17
Prepare vegetables while the broth is boiling. Cut the cabbage in half, wash the bean sprouts, cut the radish flat, and cut the pumpkin into half-moon slices, and cut the water parsley into long pieces. I put some sweet pumpkin in the freezer. If you don't have sweet pumpkin, you can skip it.
STEP 3/17
Cut the green onion and the red pepper diagonally and prepare it. I put the dried red pepper in the red pepper. You can add the raw red pepper
STEP 4/17
Remove the ingredients from the boiled broth
STEP 5/17
How to touch blue crabs Clean up everywhere with a toothbrush.
STEP 6/17
Cut the pointed part of the crab shell and the pointed part of the leg with scissors.
STEP 7/17
It removes gills, sandbags, and all the parts that you can't eat
STEP 8/17
Cut it into bite-size pieces
STEP 9/17
Add 1 tablespoon of soybean paste, 0.5 tablespoon of salted shrimp, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 2 tablespoon of red pepper powder, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and mix them evenly. I prepared twice as much, so it's a lot
STEP 10/17
Add sliced radishes and cabbage leaves, bean sprouts, and cut crabs.
STEP 11/17
Pour in the broth
STEP 12/17
Place the sauce evenly on top and boil over high heat
STEP 13/17
When it boils like this, lower the heat to medium and boil it for about 15 minutes. If you boil crabs for too long, it's easy for the crab to get dry, so it's better not to boil them for too long.
STEP 14/17
Remove foam from boiling
STEP 15/17
When it's almost done, add sweet pumpkin, pumpkin, and tofu. If you add sweet pumpkin, it tastes good to eat sweet pumpkin
STEP 16/17
I added 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper powder to make it more spicy.
STEP 17/17
Add water parsley, red pepper, and green onion and boil one more time, and you're done cooking blue crab soup
