When I put salted shrimp and kimchi, the broth is delicious, so the kimchi tastes much deeper. And the reason why I write this review is.. It tastes like you dip the boiled pork in salted shrimp. If you add salted shrimp later, it's fishy, but it's mixed enough with pork and water to make it a deep and savory broth I'm going to make kimchi stew this way from now on. ^^ Oh, and I used anchovy broth instead of water
