STEP 1/9
Put 1T of sesame oil or perilla oil in a pot

Stir-fry 2.5 cups of chopped kimchi

Stir-fry kimchi a little and add 0.5T of sugar

When the kimchi is quite fried, add onions and stir-fry them together

Stir-fry the onions and add 4 cups of water

Add 2T of red pepper powder and 2T of soy sauce

Add tuna (200g) to oil

Boil both chili peppers and green onions and season to taste with salt

Please do the final seasoning and wrap it up with a boil for about five minutes
Tuna kimchi jjigae is like rice thief, right? It's so good
Personally, the tip I want to recommend is to add all the oil when you add tuna~
I think the tuna flavor is much richer~~
