Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees of convection.
Melt 1 piece of butter in a pan and stir-fry sliced onions over low heat. Remove onions from heat when they become transparent and mushy.
STEP 2/3
Place bacon and onions in dough and sprinkle with cream. Be careful because too much whipped cream can be greasy.
STEP 3/3
Place in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. If you use other raw paper, grill it according to the instructions for use of the raw paper.
If you don't want to make dough, you can use commercial raw paper like me, or there are mixes these days, and some people use hotteok mix to make pizza dough. You can make it in any easy way, so try it. Please note that temperature and time vary depending on the type of dough and oven specifications.
