Ingredients
  • Eggs
    2piece
  • kelp broth
  • leek
    little
  • Salt
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I'll make the broth first You don't need a lot of water. Put a piece of kelp in a cup and a half and boil it for 5 minutes. Then, let it cool enough
STEP 2/6
Beat in 2 eggs and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt
STEP 3/6
Use a strainer to strain the egg twice This is the most important task!
STEP 4/6
I added a teaspoon of anchovy sauce to season the kelp stock
STEP 5/6
Put it in the steamer and steam it for 10 minutes. The most important thing here is! It's the fire control...Lol I forgot to set the fire power up..
STEP 6/6
I failed to make a smooth steamed egg.. And before steaming, I should have removed some foam from the egg mixture, but I left it [Laughing] This is what happened, so I think you should steam it over medium heat or medium heat slowly..Anyway, steam it for 10 minutes and put scallions and sesame salt on top of the steamed egg for another 5 minutes
