Making stir-fried dried eggplant and vegetables
The dried eggplant that my sister gave me... I made it with my sister's recipe.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Prepare three handfuls of eggplants.

Soak it in lukewarm water
It takes more than an hour.

When the eggplant becomes soft

Rinse it in cold water, squeeze a little bit of water, and put it in a bowl
Add 2T of soy sauce and 1T of garlic and mix them well.
