Jongwon Baek pollack stew. - Making pollack soup. -
Vegetable shops often sell frozen pollack at very low prices in winter. Sometimes I go grocery shopping and pick up frozen pollack that's not on the list because it's so cheap. I went out to trade carrots in the used market for Dongtae jjigae that I made today, I bought 3 pollacks at a roadside store and it was 4000, so I bought them before the carrot deal That's the dynamic. Hahaha I ate one and a half on the same day as the carrot trade, What's left is the frozen pollack that was stored in the freezer. I think dongtae jjigae is easy~, Every time I do it, the taste is very different. I found a recipe for Jongwon Baek pollack stew and made it today.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash the pollack thoroughly.
STEP 2/5
Cut the green onions into long pieces.
STEP 3/5
Cut radish into 0.8 thicknesses so that it is not too thick.
STEP 4/5
Put all kinds of seasoning in one place and rot well.
STEP 5/5
Put radish on the floor and put pollack on it and boil it with water. There's more water than I thought. The soup is delicious, so you can add it all, and adjust it according to your taste. Boil enough and remove the foam. And add the sauce. Add 2/3 and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium when the radish is half cooked.
Then add the swans and eggs when the pollack is almost done.
Eggs are said to be tough and tasteless when boiled for a long time.
When the eggs are cooked, add green onions, red peppers, cheongyang peppers, and tofu.
I passed because I didn't have tofu. When it's done, season it.
Jongwon Baek teacher, please guarantee the taste of recipe! It tastes good. It's better to eat fish soup or stew right away on that day. If you boil it for too long to eat it twice I can't eat it next day because it smells fishy. If you heat it several times, it smells more fishy. You went grocery shopping and the pollack was so cheap Try making pollack stew. ^^
