Blow the wind for the chewy noodles. Add 600ml of water, boil it, add flakes, boil it, throw out the water, mix the sauce and olive oil, and eat it. Hwasa Truffle Chapagetti recipe doesn't throw away the water. Add noodles and flakes and boil it and put powder soup right away! You don't use the olive oil that's in there. You mix it with truffle oil

But when I put 600ml of water and powder soup in it and boil it down, it takes a long time and the noodles spread out later. I made it with 500ml. But the noodles spread a little bit, and I liked eating them softly, so it was okay :) It would be salty if I reduce the water more

But if you like chewy noodles, I don't think it'll be too much of a difference in taste if you throw away the water and mix it with the powder soup and truffle oil rather than just boil it down with water. It's important to spray truffle oil, but the recipe is to your liking!!

I put egg yolk on top of Chapagetti and sprinkled truffle oil. Spray type or narrow opening should be easy to follow, but if you can't control it, it'll pour out and pour it according to the plate
The truffle oil that is rich in flavor and comes to life with just one drop on a dead dish. There are many brands, but the first one I ate was Sabini, so I've been using this place. Sabini Truffle Oil (based on white truffle oil) 98.9% Olive Oil / 1% Truffle Scent Synthetic Flavor / 0.1% White Western Truffle. There are many other famous products, but the biggest reason why I use them is that they contain truffles, even if it's a little.
