STEP 1/7
Cut the cabbage kimchi into small pieces, stir-fry it in olive oil, and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds to prepare it.
STEP 2/7
Cut the spam vertically and wide and grill it in a grill pan until golden brown.
STEP 3/7
Fried eggs are made by cooking the yolk so that it doesn't run down when cutting kimbap.
STEP 4/7
Add sesame oil and salt to the sticky and warm rice and mix well.
STEP 5/7
Divide the seaweed into quarters and cut only one side with scissors.
STEP 6/7
Put rice, lettuce, stir-fried kimchi, spam, and fried eggs on top of seaweed, and fold four sides to complete.
STEP 7/7
Wrap the gimbap in plastic wrap and cut it in half, wrap it with gimbap foil for easy eating, and put it on a plate or lunch box.
When you cut kimbap, it's better to cook the yolk moderately so that the egg doesn't spill.
It folds well if you don't fill the seaweed with ingredients.
