:: Chewy chocolate mousse ::
It's been a hot day. It's hot and exhausting.. I really wanted to eat something sweet, so rather than muffin or cake, I put in a lot of chocolate and made chocolate mousse It's not a soft mousse, but a chewy one. Add lots of chocolate and blow away the dullness of a cloudy day!!

Ingredients
  • Chocolate
    130g
  • Butter
    50g
  • an egg yolk
    2ea
  • cocoa powder
    15g
  • whipped cream
    100g
  • Sugar
    5g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Measure chocolate and butter in a bowl and double-hot it in hot water. I used a small stick ball. There wasn't a lot of dough, so I finished it in this bowl!! Combine the yolk in the butter and the chocolate mixture.
STEP 2/4
Add sugar to whipped cream, whisk with a hand mixer, and mix in chocolate dough. Mix the spatula loudly and quickly so that the whipped cream doesn't clump.
STEP 3/4
Place in a clear dessert cup or souffle cup and freeze for about an hour.. I put it in a souffle cup to share it with my family, it's only four souffle cups. The dough itself is not watery and thick, so the top side is bumpy.
STEP 4/4
If you make it in a chewy, sweet chocolate mousse freezer and eat it one by one when you feel down, you will feel better and less depressed.
