Blanching time is usually between 4 and 5 minutes
How to blanch bean sprouts is if you keep the lid open and boil it
You can't close the lid. If you close the lid from the beginning and boil it, you have to close it until the end and boil it so that it doesn't smell like bean sprouts.
If you keep the lid on and boil it, 3-4 minutes is enough, and if you keep the lid open and boil it, 4-5 minutes is enough.

March blanched bean sprouts in cold water and strain them through a sieve.

When the water has drained to a certain extent, put bean sprouts in a bowl, shredded carrots, and green onions.

Add 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, a little bit of salt, 1/2 tablespoons of minced garlic, a little bit of sesame salt, and 1 tablespoon of thick soy sauce

Mix the bean sprouts carefully so that they do not fall off.

Lastly, put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, mix it well, taste it, and if it's a little bland, season it with soy sauce or salt to complete the spicy and crunchy seasoned bean sprouts.
