Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
When the broth ingredients start to boil, take out the kelp and boil it for another 10 minutes to make the broth.
STEP 2/6
Shiitake mushrooms are shaped by cutting them.
STEP 3/6
Stack cabbage, meat, bok choy, and cabbage in order and cut them according to the height of the pot.
STEP 4/6
Put bean sprouts on a pot and shape the cut cabbage and meat.
STEP 5/6
Add wasabi sauce in the ratio of tsuyu 10, vinegar 8, and wasabi 1 and mix well.
STEP 6/6
Turn on the heat in the pot, pour the broth about 2/3 and boil, remove impurities in between, and cook the cabbage and meat.
If you add dried shrimp when you make the broth, the soup will taste better. If you eat it with wasabi tsuyu sauce, it's not greasy and you can enjoy it more deliciously
