STEP 1/10
Please prepare the ingredients first.
I used frozen squid that was already trimmed.
If it's a biological squid, please prepare it separately. If it's a small size, you can eat about 2 squid, and if it's a certain size, 1 squid is enough.

If the squid is frozen, defrost it while washing it.

Peel the squid and cut it into bite-size pieces with legs.

Please trim the vegetables.
Peel the radish with a filler, cut it into 0.5cm thick, cut it into 3cm long pieces, cut the green onion in half lengthwise, cut it into 4cm apart, and cut the red pepper and cheongyang red pepper diagonally at 0.5cm apart.

Bring to a boil half (1.5 litres) of water in a pot of moderate size, with seafood stock pack and radish.

When the water boils and the broth is fully cooked, discard the stock pack.

When the radish becomes transparent, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1/4 tablespoon of salt and boil for about 5 minutes.
If foam rises, take it out with a ladle.

Add green onion, cheongyang red pepper, and red pepper, boil for about 1 minute, then turn off the gas stove.
STEP 9/10
Squid radish soup is complete.
