STEP 1/6
Dissolve 1 tablespoon of flour in cold water and rub 500g of boiled sweet potato sprouts. And rinse it 2-3 times in cold water to remove the water.

Cut 500g of dried sweet potato sprouts into bite-size pieces.

With the heat off, put 500g of the trimmed sweet potato sprouts in the pan and season them by hand. (3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1+1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of chopped green onion (white large), 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon of plum syrup)

Stir-fry 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan over high heat for 4 minutes.
STEP 5/6
After 4 minutes~ Without turning off the heat, add 1+1/2 cups of kelp, shiitake mushrooms, and water to blend evenly.
STEP 6/6
When there's a little soup left in the pan, add 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoon sesame seeds, and a bit of red pepper. Stir-fry it a little bit and enjoy it^^

Put 1 piece of kelp (5cm in all directions) and 1 dried shiitake mushroom in 2 cups of water for 1 hour
