  • Cooking oil

  • perilla oil

  • leek

  • crushed garlic

  • Sesame

  • Korean style soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Slice 500g of radish into 2mm thick slices, add 1 tablespoon of salt, and pickle for 20 minutes.
STEP 2/6
Wrap the pickled radish in a cloth for 20 minutes and squeeze the water out of the radish sprouts.
STEP 3/6
Add 1 teaspoon ginger juice (5ml) to pickled radish and mix gently with chopsticks.
STEP 4/6
Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of perilla oil in a pan over high heat and stir-fry pickled radish until slightly transparent.
STEP 5/6
With the heat on, stir-fry 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions and 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic.
STEP 6/6
When the radish is cooked properly, turn off the heat and stir-fry 1/2 tablespoon of perilla oil, 2 tablespoon of sesame powder, and 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce in the soup and eat it deliciously
