STEP 1/9
Cut the green onion in half.
Slice onions and bell peppers long and then chop them into small pieces.
If you have any favorite ingredients, such as mushrooms or eggs, you can add them :)

Remove the water from the tofu with a kitchen towel and chop it into small pieces.

Boil the corn noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes and soak them in cold water.
If you put it in cold water, the noodles don't get swollen and become a little more chewy :)

Grease a heated pan with oil and stir-fry garlic to add flavor. Add the prepared green onions and onions and stir-fry them!

When onions become slightly transparent, add minced pork and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

When the surface of the meat is cooked to a certain extent, add vegetables, Vietnamese peppers, and tofu.

Now, put in the mala sauce and mix it until the sauce gets soaked
Adjust the spicy taste by adding or subtracting the amount of sauce to your taste!

Add a bit of sesame oil to make it more savory.

Put the corn noodles and put mala tofu on top of it, and it's done.
* You can add the noodles and stir-fry it
If you add chives or coriander to your taste, the texture will be even richer!
