Mix the seasoning ingredients, salted shrimp 1, soy sauce 1, cooking wine 1, minced garlic 0.5, red pepper powder 0.5, and sesame oil 0.5. The soy sauce that goes in here is thick soy sauce. It's not soy sauce. Originally, soup soy sauce (Joseon soy sauce) is added to stews and soups. Strangely, soft tofu stew tastes better with regular soy sauce. So you just need to put regular soy sauce in this part.

Add 1/2 cup of thick anchovy kelp stock here. I used a thick broth with anchovies, kelp, and dried shrimp.

Lastly, add chopped green onions or chives in moderation and add egg yolk to your taste. If you don't add eggs, you might think it's a little salty. When you add eggs, it tastes just right. If you don't like to add eggs, you can adjust the amount of salted shrimp or soy sauce among the ingredients in the sauce.
