Simple soft tofu stew
It's soft tofu stew that's simply boiled with the least amount of ingredients and seasoning!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Mix the seasoning ingredients, salted shrimp 1, soy sauce 1, cooking wine 1, minced garlic 0.5, red pepper powder 0.5, and sesame oil 0.5. The soy sauce that goes in here is thick soy sauce. It's not soy sauce. Originally, soup soy sauce (Joseon soy sauce) is added to stews and soups. Strangely, soft tofu stew tastes better with regular soy sauce. So you just need to put regular soy sauce in this part.
STEP 2/6
Prepare a bag of soft tofu in an earthen pot without crushing it. It doesn't interfere with eating it if you crush it, but it looks a little messy.
STEP 3/6
Add 1/2 cup of thick anchovy kelp stock here. I used a thick broth with anchovies, kelp, and dried shrimp.
STEP 4/6
Pour over all the pre-made sauces.
STEP 5/6
Boil the soft tofu until it's cooked hot inside.
STEP 6/6
Lastly, add chopped green onions or chives in moderation and add egg yolk to your taste. If you don't add eggs, you might think it's a little salty. When you add eggs, it tastes just right. If you don't like to add eggs, you can adjust the amount of salted shrimp or soy sauce among the ingredients in the sauce.

    I'm going to make it two servings, so I doubled the amount of water and the seasoning, but I think it's a little salty, so I'll boil it again, and my husband took it and mashed tofu as soon as he saw the stew.
