Chop half an onion

Beat in 2 eggs, pour enough cooking oil into the pan, and scramble quickly
It's soft when it's not fully cooked

Pour half of the oil from the can of tuna into the net

Don't put any cooking oil on it, just pour it and stir-fry the tuna Add a bit of pepper when you stir-fry it You can stir-fry it as if it's getting rid of the dry moisture

In a pan covered with cooking oil, stir-fry onions and green onions until they become clear

Add 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of sugar, 1/2 spoon of cooking wine, and a little bit of sesame oil (it's convenient to make and mix) and stir-fry enough
When you stir-fry it, add 3 spoons of water and boil it down. It's moist and delicious

Put fried onions and tuna on top of the rice
Put the fried onion on top so that it doesn't cover it

And on top, put scrambled eggs and sprinkle green onions and crushed pepper
It's a pretty three-color tuna onion rice
Can tuna can be fishy if you eat it as it is, so it's good to stir-fry it
