Spring vegetable recipe part 1! Soybean paste soup (jjigae) that
Since the weather is spring, I made doenjang jjigae with fragrant naengmyeon!

Ingredients
  • Shepherd's purse

  • Water
    600ml

  • Soybean paste

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Remove the leaves that are not in good condition, scratch them slightly with a spray knife and wash them in running water!
STEP 2/10
Wash clams in running water and soak them in salt water to remove the sea
STEP 3/10
I'll officially start making doenjang-jjigae!
First, put a stock pack in 600ml of water (3 and a half cups of paper cup) and bring to a boil

When it boils, add the potatoes together
STEP 5/10
Put in the potatoes and when it boils again, take out the broth pack
Please mix 2T of doenjang first

Add 1T of red pepper paste
STEP 7/10
If you added soybean paste and red pepper paste, add zucchini, clams, and onions

Boil for 5 minutes, then add green onions, cheongyang peppers, and naengmyeon
STEP 9/10
Boil it a little more and it's done

Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
I always add red pepper paste to doenjang-jjjigae It's really spicy and delicious if you boil it with a 2:1 ratio of doenjang and gochujang And when it's not enough, make sure to season it with doenjang It's good to season soybean paste stew with soybean paste, not salt
